Defects:

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why we inspect each veil 3-4 times throughout our quality control process and photograph the veil before packaging and shipping. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@laseniora.com with your order number and a photo of the veil in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind or if the item doesn't meet your expectations. Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before placing your order.

Ensure that the veil you are ordering matches your dress specifications before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns if the veil does not complement or match your dress.

Wrong Length:

It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct length. No returns will be accepted for items ordered in the wrong length.
